Roni Bar partnered with international multi-courier shipping services (DHL,UPS & more ) which offers international and domestic express door to door delivery.

 

Most in-stock items are prepared on the same day basis and generally arrive between 4 to 10 days.
occasionally, shipping can take as long as 21 days based on your destination country .

 

Please note that while we do are our best efforts to delivered your order within the estimated time frame,

dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed

 

RoniBar is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control,

including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays

caused by the shipping company etc.

USA – 50₪ Delivered by Express Courier shipment in 4-10 working days

 

Rest of the world – 100₪ Delivered by Express Courier shipment in 4-10 working days

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at Roni Bar ONLINE SHOP , but if for some reason you are

dissatisfied with your purchased , there is no problem.

You can return or replace any item

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back

Before you send your items back to us you please contact our costumer service: shop@ronibar.com. You will

then receive return instructions by email. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to

longer handling time and delayed refunding.

Roni Bar has a 14 days return policy

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or new item base on stock availability upon receipt.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any unwanted items must be shipped /post mark within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, not

worn,used or washed, modified or damaged

The identification tag must be still attached to the item

Your refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for order immediate after receiving your return

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are

non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds even if your order included free shipping

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing

shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received

your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your

credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE items (if applicable) – Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot

be refunded.

All prices in our online shop are in ILS (Israel currencies). Customer will be charged in ILS.
