Most in-stock items are prepared and sent on the same day, and generally arrive in Israel 1-5 days later, and internationally within 5-7 days.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt ,such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your country and depend on a number of factors such as country
of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.it will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

DOMESTIC (ISRAEL) – FREE DELIVERS ON ALL ORDER ABOVE 300₪.
FREE – in person pick up. We’ll contact you to set appointment.
Orders under 300₪ – shipping cost 30₪
WORLDWIDE – FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 1200₪.
Orders under 1200₪ – shipping cost 100₪.
Please be aware that this may not include any taxes or duties in your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you are happy with the items you purchased. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange any item (unless specifically indicated otherwise) within 14 work days of shipment arrival.
Before you send your items back to us, please contact our costumer service (shop@ronibar.com). You will then receive return instructions by email. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and additional delays.
We do not process exchange/refund requests once 14 work days have passed since delivery.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or another item subject to stock availability upon receipt.
Any returned items must be shipped/post marked within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.
Items that were worn, washed modified or missing tags will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order included free shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your returned items arrive, you will get an email notifying you of the fact.
Once we inspect the item, you will receive an additional e-mail notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded through your original method of payment.
IMPORTANT! If you haven’t received an approved refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only full priced items may be refunded.

All pre-orders will be supplied within 15 work days from purchase date.
If the item available for pre-order is on sale, the discount will be valid for you pre-order purchase

All prices in our online shop are in ILS₪ (Israel currency). Customer will be charged in ILS₪.

SIZE GUIDE
Some of our tops, dresses and outerwear are made one size/over size, because we believe they can have equal impact on different body types, and are designed to fit every size between women’s 38 to 44.
